As you know, I went thru 4 months of 'flat-on-my-back' from January to April.
As time is the best medicine for back pain, I recovered and, due to some specific exercises, my back is better than ever (touch wood ... whatever that means).
While in the doctor's office to renew my prescriptions today, I noticed this article in an old issue (doctor's offices seem to cater to out-of-date women's mags) Canadian Health mag.
While these exercises weren't part of my regime, they look good and I will use them for the next few months of hibernation (aka Canadian winter).
